Xentral handles your quotes, orders, stock and invoicing. The technical bookkeeping itself stays in your accounting software. We connect the two, so invoices and payments end up in your accounts automatically.

What is an ERP system?
An ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning) brings your business processes together in one system: sales, stock, purchasing, warehouse and invoicing. Instead of separate tools and Excel lists, everyone works with the same, up-to-date data.
Why Xentral for a company with a webshop?
Xentral is built for retail and e-commerce. It connects to Shopify and marketplaces, keeps stock in sync across all channels and automates repetitive work such as order processing and shipping.
Does Xentral replace my accounting software?
No. Xentral handles quotes, orders and invoicing, but not the technical accounting. We connect Xentral to accounting software such as Exact Online, so your invoices end up there automatically.
Does Xentral work with Shopify?
Yes. Xentral connects to Shopify, so orders, stock and customer data sync automatically between your store and your ERP. As we build Shopify stores ourselves, we make sure both sides are set up correctly.
What about Peppol and e-invoicing?
Since 1 January 2026, Belgian companies must exchange B2B invoices electronically via Peppol. During the implementation we make sure your invoices go out in a Peppol-compliant way, directly or through your accounting software.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
That depends on the number of modules, the amount of data and the integrations. After the analysis you receive a concrete planning, so you know when you can start working in Xentral.
What is a Xentral Gold Partner?

What does an ERP implementation cost?
That depends on the number of modules, the amount of data and the integrations you need. After the analysis you receive a tailored quote. On top of that you pay a Xentral licence, depending on your package.
Can we transfer our existing data?
Yes. We transfer products, customers, suppliers and stock from your current systems or Excel lists, and check them with you before you go live.
Can Xentral be connected to my shipping software?
Yes. We connect Xentral to shipping tools such as Sendcloud, so labels and track & trace are created automatically from your orders.
Will our team be trained to use Xentral?
Yes. Training is part of every implementation: your team learns to work with Xentral in practice, using your own processes.
