Fietsen Mintjens wanted to bring their website up to date with a more modern, clean design that better reflected their premium cycling brands and customer-first approach. While the main focus was on digital modernization, we also helped extend this new look through subtle branding updates giving the entire presentation a more cohesive, polished feel.

Modern, Clean Look
We gave the Fietsen Mintjens website a full visual overhaul. The result is a sleek, clean interface with plenty of breathing room, built to reflect both their physical store and premium cycling brands.

To support their service-oriented approach, we developed a custom knowledge base from scratch. This section helps customers find answers quickly, whether it’s about repairs, e-bike maintenance, or available services.

Bike Route Blogs
The website includes a blog section with curated bike routes, a personal touch that reflects the owner's passion and connects the brand to local cycling culture.

E-mail Marketing Integration
We also support Fietsen Mintjens with their ongoing e-mail campaigns through Klaviyo, offering newsletter templates and automations that keep customers informed and engaged.

Visual Branding
Alongside the digital revamp, we designed new physical branding elements like promotional flags. These subtle offline updates help reinforce the website’s look and feel in real-world touchpoints.
