THE CHALLENGE

Barbecoa was ready to take its online presence to the next level. The brand had outgrown its webshop on JouwWeb.nl and needed a more powerful, flexible, and scalable platform. The main goals? A faster, more professional-looking store, access to detailed analytics, and better integrations with tools like invoicing and shipping software.

OUR APPROACH

Shopify Migration & Redesign

We migrated the entire webshop to Shopify, giving it a fresh, streamlined look that matches the brand’s identity. All products, historical orders, and even blog content were safely transferred, ensuring a smooth transition and preserving SEO value. The result: a clean, intuitive user experience that's much faster and easier to manage.

Retail Locator

We created a clear and informative page that highlights the physical retail locations where Barbecoa products are available. This allows customers to easily discover nearby resellers and reinforces the brand’s retail presence.

Sendcloud Integration

To streamline shipping, we implemented Sendcloud. Barbecoa can now create and print shipping labels in just a few clicks, connect with a wide range of carriers, and offer customers branded tracking updates and a professional return portal — all from one central hub.

Billit Integration

Orders placed via the webshop are now automatically converted into digital invoices in Billit. This saves valuable time, reduces the risk of manual errors, and makes it easy to share invoices with the accountant.

Email Marketing

Using Klaviyo, we set up automated email flows that strengthen customer engagement and drive repeat purchases. Think welcome sequences, order confirmations, and winback flows — all tailored to the Barbecoa brand.

Results

Barbecoa now benefits from a professional Shopify store that’s easier to manage, integrated with key business tools, and ready to scale. Orders are processed faster, invoicing and shipping are automated, and customer communication is sharper than ever.
